Claudio Pirollo and his team will showcase festive holiday specials in addition to the regular a la carte dinner menus on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and January 1st:

Oysters Rockefeller style with a Champagne Sabayon and Belgian Caviar

Cervena Venison Stew with Button Mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts and Chestnuts

Rack Of Lamb with Coriander and Mint Crust served with a Lamb/Eggplant Parmentier

Pan Seared Scallops with Kale and Smoked Pewee Potatoes, served with a Darjeeling Sauce
