Oysters Rockefeller style with a Champagne Sabayon and Belgian Caviar



Cervena Venison Stew with Button Mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts and Chestnuts

Rack Of Lamb with Coriander and Mint Crust served with a Lamb/Eggplant Parmentier

Pan Seared Scallops with Kale and Smoked Pewee Potatoes, served with a Darjeeling Sauce



Christmas: Buche de Noel shaped as a Christmas Tree (Passion Fruit, Vanilla, Chocolate)

New Year:Molten Chocolate Cake with  Baileys Ice Cream (only for New Year’s Eve)
